Togezzer

How we helped launch a digital workplace designed for scalability — from brand to growth infrastructure.

Togezzer Project

Togezzer was envisioned as a virtual COO — an all-in-one workspace where teams could communicate, plan, and execute towards shared company goals. We were responsible for transforming this vision into a launch-ready system with clear positioning, an analytics-based marketing setup, and a unified product identity.

Decision Context

This project operated within a highly saturated product category.

Digital workspaces and productivity tools are often launched with strong branding but limited alignment between product logic, onboarding, and growth measurement. Without a cohesive system, teams risk shipping visually polished products that fail to generate reliable adoption signals or long-term engagement.

Key considerations at the decision stage:

  • Entering a crowded market without clear differentiation increases the risk of being perceived as "just another tool."
  • Brand, product UX, and growth infrastructure needed to evolve together — not in isolation.
  • Launching without unified analytics would have limited visibility into onboarding friction and user behavior.
  • Early growth decisions required measurable feedback loops rather than intuition-driven iteration.

The focus was therefore on building a connected launch system — where identity, onboarding, analytics, and acquisition were designed as one coherent framework to support informed decisions after launch.

Our Approach

01 — Brand System & Identity Architecture

We developed the full identity pack — from naming and logo design to a cohesive digital language across web and mobile. Every detail reinforced Togezzer's mission: structure without complexity. A consistent visual system and reusable brand components designed to support fast iteration across marketing assets.

02 — Product Research & Customer Development

Before launch, we conducted in-depth customer development — interviewing users, mapping workflows, and identifying friction points. These insights were used to inform onboarding UX, messaging tone, and early growth mechanics.

03 — Market & Competitor Analysis

We analyzed 60 competitors across 100 countries, benchmarking their features, onboarding flows, and monetization models. This analysis contributed to the product roadmap and informed our positioning within the crowded project-management market.

04 — UX & Onboarding Experience

We redesigned the onboarding process for both web and mobile versions, creating a frictionless first-use experience. Every screen was designed to support onboarding and early engagement through guided steps and contextual education.

05 — Integrated Analytics Ecosystem

We implemented an end-to-end analytics stack: Appsflyer, Firebase, and Google Analytics. This allowed the team to measure behavioral funnels, attribution, and engagement in real time — connecting marketing and product data in one loop.

06 — Targeted Growth Campaigns

We developed and launched Facebook Ads campaigns to test acquisition channels and messaging variants. The findings were used to evaluate ad frameworks and compare audience segments.

07 — Multilingual Positioning

We crafted concise, high-impact messaging for English and Russian markets — ensuring that Togezzer's value proposition remained equally strong across both regions.
