How we transformed a complex consulting methodology into a scalable digital experience.

Interweave Project

Interweave® started as a brand communications framework from the Moscow-based consultancy Hacker-n-Hustler. Their founders wanted to test whether such a multi-layered, strategic product could be commercialized — and more importantly, whether it could scale beyond custom consulting.

Our role was to test this hypothesis, re-engineer the framework into a structured, data-driven system, and build the foundation for its future digital form.

Decision Context

This project addressed a common structural challenge in consulting-driven businesses.

Complex methodologies often depend heavily on individual experts, making them difficult to standardize, repeat, or scale beyond custom engagements. Without re-structuring, such frameworks risk remaining bound to manual delivery, limiting reuse and long-term evolution.

Key considerations at the decision stage:

  • A consulting framework does not automatically translate into a product or system.
  • Knowledge that exists primarily in people's heads is difficult to operationalize.
  • Custom delivery limits repeatability and increases dependency on individual contributors.
  • Scaling required structure, modularity, and clearly defined interfaces — not additional personnel.

The objective was not to "digitize consulting", but to re-engineer the methodology into a structured, product-oriented system that could support consistent delivery, clearer positioning, and future digital integration.

Our Approach

01 — Product Research & Validation

We conducted customer development interviews with existing enterprise clients to understand their adoption barriers, decision logic, and service acquisition behavior. This process revealed insights into unmet needs and highlighted gaps in the original positioning.

02 — Strategic Pivot & Market Re-Positioning

Based on the insights, we re-defined the framework's market focus and designed a multi-segment positioning strategy — allowing Interweave® to speak differently to enterprises, agencies, and startups. The result: clear value messaging and a structured go-to-market framework.

03 — Product Architecture & Service Packaging

We reorganized the consulting framework into modular service bundles — creating a productized system that could later evolve into a digital SaaS structure. This was designed to reduce sales friction and standardize onboarding metrics.

04 — Identity & Experience Design

We developed a new brand identity, product website, and digital communication layer that presented the framework as a living system — not a set of documents. Each page was built to communicate logic and trust visually: structure, hierarchy, clarity.

05 — Automation & Scale Readiness

In 2022, the framework evolved into part of a new digital platform offering Virtual CMO and Virtual CBDO services — powered by automation and analytics. The new version runs on scalable architecture, designed for iterative deployment and further development.
