DevOps & Cloud Engineering

Reliable deployment, hosting and infrastructure for products that need to keep moving. CI/CD, monitoring, environments and release workflows — without enterprise platform overhead.

Overview

We help startups, growing teams and established businesses set up practical cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, environments and release workflows — so the product can ship safely without relying on undocumented scripts or one person who knows the server.

We build and improve the operational layer behind SaaS products, custom platforms, client portals, internal tools and lead-generation systems. That usually means deployment pipelines, hosting setup, environment structure, monitoring, logging, backups, secrets, domain/DNS configuration, release routines and documentation. The goal is not to add DevOps complexity for its own sake — it is to make the product easier to deploy, easier to observe, easier to recover and easier to hand over.

05

Backend deployment & production readiness

Backend service deployment · Database connection and environment setup · Reverse proxy / Nginx configuration where needed · Dockerised deployment where useful · Background jobs and scheduled tasks · Production readiness checklist before launch

06

Handover & operational documentation

Deployment documentation · Environment map · Secrets and access overview · Backup and recovery notes · Monitoring and alerting notes · Handover for internal teams or future technical partners

03  ·  How we work

How we work

  1. Step 01

    Infrastructure review

We review the current setup: hosting, repositories, deployment flow, environments, secrets, monitoring, domains, DNS, databases and current risks.

  2. Step 02

    Target setup

We define the simplest reliable setup for the product stage. Sometimes that is Vercel and managed services. Sometimes a VPS with Docker and Nginx. Sometimes cloud infrastructure is justified.

  3. Step 03

    Implementation

We configure CI/CD, environments, hosting, monitoring, access and deployment routines in controlled steps.

  4. Step 04

    Launch support

We support the first production release, validate the setup and fix issues before they become habits.

  1. 05
    Handover

We document how the system runs, how to deploy, where to check logs, how to recover and who owns what.

05  ·  Why us

Why teams choose us

06  ·  When it fits

When this service fits

Choose this service when:

  • Deployments are manual, fragile or depend on one developer
  • You need a clear dev / staging / production setup
  • The product is live or close to launch and infrastructure can no longer be improvised
  • You need CI/CD, monitoring, logs, backups or release checks
  • You are moving from no-code, shared hosting, unmanaged VPS or an unclear cloud setup
  • You want EU-friendly hosting and a documented deployment flow
  • Your current setup works, but nobody wants to touch it because the risk is unclear
  • Not a fit if you only need generic IT support, office device setup or 24/7 helpdesk operations

FAQ

FAQ

  1. Yes. We can set up or improve CI/CD with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or existing Jenkins pipelines. The goal is predictable deployment: build, test, deploy, environment handling, secrets and documentation.

  2. Usually not at the beginning. Many products are better served by simpler infrastructure: Vercel, managed databases, Docker, VPS, or a small cloud setup. Kubernetes only makes sense when the product, team and operational complexity justify it.

  3. Yes. We start by reviewing the current setup, dependencies, domains, databases, deployment flow and risks. Then we plan a controlled migration path so the product can move without unnecessary downtime or confusion.

  4. Yes. We can set up uptime checks, logs, error tracking, health endpoints and basic alerts for critical paths. The monitoring should help the team understand what is happening, not create noise nobody reads.

  5. Yes. We can work alongside an existing developer, freelancer, agency or internal team. We clarify ownership, document the setup and avoid changing infrastructure blindly.

  6. Yes. After the initial setup, we can continue with release support, maintenance, dependency updates, monitoring review, infrastructure cleanup and platform support. This is scoped separately from one-off setup work.

  7. We can design EU-friendly hosting options where the project requires it. The exact setup depends on the product, database, third-party tools, analytics, file storage and operational requirements.

Why Startups Should Invest in DevOps Earlier Than They Think
