Energy Efficiency & Decarbonisation

Decarbonisation is an integration problem before it is a hardware problem. Heat pumps, HVAC systems, industrial processes and retrofit portfolios all generate the same question: what is actually happening, in which asset, at what cost, with which emissions impact — and how do we prove it to a regulator, an auditor or a board. We build the software layer that closes this loop. OT and IT joined at the data plane, performance intelligence on top, ESG and CSRD-grade reporting at the edge.

Entry point

Two systems, one data backbone

Building and process efficiency on one side, corporate decarbonisation reporting on the other — they look like different products, but they share the same backbone: trustworthy asset-level data, reconciled across protocols, time horizons and accounting standards.

What we build

What we build

01

HVAC & Building Energy Systems

OT/IT integration for HVAC manufacturers, service providers and operators. Performance intelligence across fleets of installations, predictive service, lifecycle and warranty workflows. Standards-aware (BACnet, Modbus, KNX, MQTT) and built for service organisations that need to act on data, not just store it.

02

Industrial Decarbonisation & ESG

Emissions intelligence and retrofit portfolio management for industrial operators. Asset-level energy and CO₂ accounting, scope 1–3 reconciliation, CSRD/ESRS-ready data flows, retrofit project tracking from feasibility through measurement and verification.

Engineering principles

Engineering principles across efficiency and ESG

  • OT/IT bridges treated as a permanent layer — not a one-off integration project.
  • Auditable data lineage from sensor to disclosure.
  • Time-series, asset hierarchy and accounting model as separate concerns, not collapsed into one schema.
  • Compliance-ready: CSRD, ESRS, EU Taxonomy, GEG and BAFA reporting where applicable.
  • Long-lived systems — designed to outlast the regulation cycle they were built in.
Typical clients

Typical clients

HVAC OEMs and service operators, ESCOs, industrial groups running decarbonisation programmes, asset owners with mixed building and process portfolios, sustainability and ESG teams that need engineering-grade data underneath their reports.

Frequently asked

Efficiency & decarbonisation, answered

Is this a BMS replacement?

No. Building Management Systems run the building; we run the layer above — performance, lifecycle, reporting, fleet view across many BMS, HVAC and OT systems. We integrate, we do not displace.

Are you CSRD and ESRS-ready?

The data model is built to feed CSRD/ESRS disclosures with auditable lineage from sensor to report. We do not replace the auditor or the consultant; we make sure the numbers they receive can be defended.

Which OT protocols do you support?

The common ones — BACnet, Modbus, KNX, MQTT, OPC UA — through a normalised integration layer. Adding a new protocol is a planned activity, not a re-architecture.

Can the platform serve both the OEM and the end customer?

Yes. A typical setup has the OEM/service provider as the primary tenant for fleet intelligence and predictive service, with read-restricted views for end customers and partners. Tenancy and access are first-class concepts, not bolted on.

How do you handle data quality across mixed and legacy assets?

Data quality is handled as an explicit pipeline — gaps, outliers and clock drift are detected and flagged, not silently averaged. The system always shows what is measured, what is reconciled, and what is estimated.
